Reliable beef sourcing, built around your spec
We handle origin, grade, cold chain and delivery — so you get exactly the beef your business needs. Tell us what you’re sourcing and we’ll build a program around it.
Beef is hundreds of decisions — we make them with you
Origin, breed, feed, grade, marbling, cut, chilled or frozen, certification, documentation — every choice changes the price, lead time and consistency of your beef.
You tell us the outcome you need; we manage all of it on your behalf — across trusted producers, time zones and food-safety regimes — and deliver to spec.
Where we source your beef
We work with vetted producers across the major beef regions — matching origin to the product, program and price you need.
Australia
The backbone of premium grass-fed beef, with world-leading traceability (NLIS) and reliable year-round supply.
United States
Consistently marbled grain-fed beef, graded Prime, Choice and Select under the USDA system for steak programs.
South America
Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina supply competitively priced grass-fed beef at scale for manufacturing and foodservice.
New Zealand
Lean, pasture-raised beef prized for manufacturing blends and clean, natural-program credentials.
Two very different products — we source both
Grass-fed beef is leaner, with a distinct flavour and strong natural-program appeal. Grain-fed delivers the heavier marbling and consistency steak programs demand. The right choice depends entirely on your application — and we help you specify it.

Beef sourcing questions, answered
Still have a question about a specific grade, cut or lane? Our team is happy to talk specifics.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Most programs start at a single 20–40ft container, but we consolidate mixed loads for smaller or trial orders.
Can you supply Halal-certified beef?
Yes. We source from Halal-approved establishments and provide full certification with every shipment.
Chilled or frozen — which should I choose?
Chilled suits shorter routes and premium retail; frozen suits long-haul, portioning and buffer stock. We advise based on your lane and shelf-life needs.
How do you guarantee quality and food safety?
Every supplier is audited for HACCP and export approval, and every lot ships with traceability back to the establishment.
What lead times should I expect?
Chilled is typically 1–4 weeks depending on origin and lane; frozen programs can be scheduled to a recurring delivery calendar.
